Project Details

The Al Fanar Co – Central Kitchen Phase 1 project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on the civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works required for the Central Kitchen Project. Commissioned and owned by Al Fanar Co, this project aimed to develop a state-of-the-art central kitchen facility capable of supporting a variety of food production needs. The scope of work included the construction of civil infrastructure, along with the design and installation of MEP systems to ensure the kitchen’s efficient operation. DAR Engineering Consultants oversaw the project, ensuring that all design elements and installations adhered to international standards, resulting in a fully functional and modern kitchen facility.
