In 1965, Mastan Abdul Rahim (M.A.R) founded a business empire in Kerala, India, with two key ventures: - M.A.R Transports: A logistics business. - M.A.R Kopra Depot: Focused on processing high-quality kopra (dried coconut) for domestic and international markets. This marked the beginning of M.A.R’s growth in the agricultural and logistics sectors.
In 1995, M.A.R ventured into construction with M.A.R Buildings, specializing in residential and commercial properties. The company quickly earned a reputation for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, becoming a key player in the construction industry.
In 2005, M.A.R launched M.A.R Projects, a division specializing in civil engineering and construction services. The company quickly became known for its expertise in General Building Construction and Industrial Construction, delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.
In 2006, M.A.R expanded internationally into the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia & UAE), tapping into the growing construction demand. This expansion enabled M.A.R to work on major projects and establish a strong presence in the Middle East.
In 2022, M.A.R launched the GeoTech Division, specializing in geotechnical engineering. The division focuses on soil testing, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis, offering advanced solutions for complex construction projects.
